目的测定JWX-Ⅱ型卫生杀虫剂超低容量喷雾对淡色库蚊、家蝇的杀灭效果。方法以淡色库蚊、家蝇为试验对象,对JWX-Ⅱ型卫生杀虫剂进行室内药效、外环境模拟现场药效、现场药效测定。结果该杀虫剂用水稀释100倍后,室内按1.43ml/m3喷雾,对淡色库蚊、家蝇的KT50分别为4.39和3.79min,24h死亡率均为100%;外环境模拟现场距离喷药点5、10、15、20m按0.5mg.ai/m2喷药,10m内对淡色库蚊、家蝇的1h击倒率和24h死亡率均在95%以上;现场对部队野外驻训的4个宿营地按0.5mg.ai/m2喷药,喷药后1h蚊虫密度下降率平均达95.69%。结论该药剂高效、速效、低毒、无异味,适合超低容量喷雾。
Objective To determine the killing effect of JWX-Ⅱ hygienic insecticide ultra-low volume spray on Culex pipiens pallens and house flies. Methods Culex pipiens pallens and housefly were used as experimental subjects. The indoor pesticide efficacy and external environment of JWX-Ⅱ type pesticide were tested in field and in field.
