近年来知识经济快速发展,在事业单位中的人力资源培训工作越来越受到重视。员工通过培训,可以挖掘出工作潜力,提高工作水平和业务能力。但是,对于我国的事业单位人力资源培训来说依然有着诸多问题需要我们解决。比如培训的设计体系存在着缺陷,管理体系也没有完善,造成的结果就是得不到预期的培训效果,投入的多回报的少。因此,要让事业单位人力资源培训达到收支平衡是事业单位一项重要的改革工作。
In recent years, rapid development of knowledge economy, human resources training in public institutions more and more attention. Through training, employees can dig out the potential of work and improve their working level and professional ability. However, there are still many problems that need to be solved for human resources training in public institutions in our country. For example, there is a flaw in the design of training system, management system is not perfect, resulting in the result is not expected to result in the training, less investment and more returns. Therefore, it is an important reform work for public institutions to make the training of human resources in public institutions reach the balance of payments.
