目的:为了有效促进海东市无偿献血免费用血返还工作的稳步推进,对我站2002年开始运行的无偿献血免费用血返还工作制定应用效果进行观察分析。方法:利用唐山启奥科技有限公司血站管理软件SHINOW9.0系统数据库数据,选取2012年1月—2015年12月时间范围内的数据信息,对4年来无偿献血街头免费用血返还工作情况进行罗列观察,比较街头返还工作制度的效果。结果:经过对比分析,无偿献血街头免费用血返还机制的建立和应用,对于有效提高工作效率,提高采供血质量管理工作起到显著的促进作用。街头无偿献血免费用血返还工作满意度为100%,返还及时率为100%,投诉率为0。结论:实践证明,在青海省未出台关于贯彻执行《中华人民共和国献血法》的配套地方性法规的情况下,基层中心血站充分发挥本地工作优势,相互借鉴、经验交流,值得无偿献血、输血管理事业的长足发展。
