随着经济社会的快速发展和烟草行业经济结构的不断调整,烟草商业企业与卷烟零售终端———卷烟零售客户的关系越来越紧密,在增进与零售客户良好关系的同时,切实提高客户赢利能力与水平,积极有效培育客户对烟草商业企业忠诚度,达到客我共赢的目的是建设更加规范、更富效率的烟草市场这一战略目标的应有之义。本文拟从介绍烟草商业企业客户忠诚的涵义出发,简述客户忠诚对烟草商业企业发展的重要意义,试图通过对烟草企业客户忠诚度低迷的原因进行分析,从而探索烟草商业企业提高客户忠诚度有效途径,最终达到卷烟市场秩序规范、客户赢利水平提高、烟草商业企业更加规范之目的。
