目的探讨多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的临床特征、误诊原因及避免误诊的措施。方法对2007-09-2010-10中国医科大学附属第四医院4例不典型多发性骨髓瘤进行分析。结果多发性骨髓瘤临床表现复杂多样,容易误诊。结论对多发性骨髓瘤的临床表现进行综合整体分析并进一步检查对减低误诊率有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical features, causes of misdiagnosis and measures to avoid misdiagnosis in multiple myeloma (MM). Methods Four cases of atypical multiple myeloma in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from 2007-09-2010-10 were analyzed. Results Multiple myeloma complicated and diverse clinical manifestations, easy to misdiagnosis. Conclusions The overall overall analysis and further examination of the clinical manifestations of multiple myeloma is of great importance to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis.
