运用力学性能测试,金相显微镜、扫面电镜观察等方法研究在铸造铝合金固溶强化过程中淬火水温对铝合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,合金试样强度和硬度与淬火水温有关,60℃淬火能够获得综合性能最优的合金材料;在该淬火水温下,合金试样的断裂方式主要是韧性断裂并伴随局部的解理,合金呈现出较好力学性能。
The effects of quenching water temperature on the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy were investigated by mechanical testing, optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the strength and hardness of the alloy specimen are related to the quenching water temperature, and the alloy with the best overall performance can be obtained by quenching at 60 ℃. At the quenching temperature, the fracture mode of the alloy specimen is mainly ductile fracture accompanied by partial cleavage, Alloy showing good mechanical properties.
