随着北部湾经济区的发展,北部湾港口总吞吐能力和万吨级以上泊位激增,各大港口将引进各种自动化或智能化的装卸、包装、运输、加工等大型设备或对原有的设备进行更新改造,必然急需培养大批港口物流设备操作与维修岗位的港口物流设备与自动控制专业高素质技能型专门人才。本文通过论述港口门机装卸模拟器的研究现状和研制港口门机装卸模拟器的可行性,为培养港口物流设备操作与维修岗位的专门人才服务。
With the development of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, the total throughput of Beibu Gulf ports and the surge of berths above 10,000 tons will introduce various large-scale automated or intelligent loading and unloading, packing, shipping and processing of large-scale equipment to major ports, Equipment upgrading, it is inevitable to train a large number of port logistics equipment operation and maintenance of port logistics equipment and automatic control of professional high-quality skilled professionals. In this paper, by discussing the research status quo of harbor gantry loading and unloading simulator and feasibility of developing harbor gantry loading and unloading simulator, it serves for cultivating special talents in operation and maintenance of port logistics equipment.
