对２１例肠套叠并发肠坏死原因进行了分析。指出肠坏死与病程长短、腹块位置及套叠类型有密切关系。并强调早期确诊、及时合理的治疗是减少肠坏死的主要措施。
The causes of intestinal intussusception in 21 cases of intussusception were analyzed. Intestinal necrosis and duration of disease, abdominal position and nested type are closely related. And emphasize early diagnosis, timely and reasonable treatment is to reduce intestinal necrosis of the main measures.
