经济逻辑学受国内外理论界的广泛关注,是以经济推理为研究对象,与法学的思维模式和所表现的价值有着本质的区别,主要是探讨经济活动问题的运用方式和价值导向的一种理论体系,也是经济分析法学方法论的逻辑途径,并且经济分析方法是构成法学方法论的组成部分。本文笔者从法学视野下经济逻辑学的研究意义着手,阐述了经济逻辑学是以经济推理为研究对象,并提出了经济逻辑思维模式在法学方法论中的具体表现。
Economic logic is widely concerned by the domestic and foreign theoretical circles based on the economic reasoning as the research object, which is essentially different from the legal thinking mode and the expressed value. It mainly discusses the ways of using economic activities and the value orientation The theoretical system is also the logical way of jurisprudence of economic analysis, and the method of economic analysis forms an integral part of legal methodology.
