2014年以来,大兴区劳动争议调解中心受理劳动争议案件30件,其中调解成功28件,涉及人数81人。而2011年一年,受理的争议案件达到5383件,调解成功3384件,涉及职工5383人。劳动争议案件的骤减,正是得益于大兴区总工会将调解重心下移,从源头化解矛盾,劳动监察队伍进驻基层工会服务站实现调解联动就是一种科学处理机制的尝试。
Since 2014, Daxing District Labor Dispute Mediation Center has accepted 30 labor dispute cases, of which 28 were successfully mediated, involving 81 people.
