中小企业是全球经济发展中最具活力的部分,为推动社会进步和生产力的提高作出了重要贡献,其本身的成长性问题也日益成为人们关注的焦点。在我国,中小企业虽然在发展规模上已经初具规模,但是由于资金、管理、技术、经验等方面的弱小和资源局限等特点,中小企业在成长性方面存在着更多的困难和障碍。
As the most dynamic part of global economic development, small and medium-sized enterprises have made important contributions to promoting social progress and productivity enhancement. Their own growth problems are also increasingly becoming the focus of attention. In our country, although the scale of development of SMEs has begun to take shape, due to the weakness in resources, management, technology and experience, and the limited resources, SMEs have more difficulties and obstacles in their growth.
