玉米移栽技术是我国粮食增产的重要环节。为了更好地提高玉米钵苗的移栽效率,设计了一种新型玉米移栽连续顶出机构,并对该顶出机构进行运动学分析,推导出顶出机构顶杆速度及加速度表达式。运用Solid-works软件将三维模型导入到ADAMS软件,并对玉米移栽机全自动顶出机构进行仿真及分析,得到顶杆末端位移和速度随时间变化规律曲线,确定了最佳栽植效率和顶出次数。该机构具有一定的稳定性,能够很好地完成预定钵苗的下落和移栽动作。
