四川省有色金属工业企业管理协会第三次会员代表大会经过认真讨论,同意罗长树同志代表第二届理事会所作的《转变观念、努力开拓、创建行业管理新体制》的工作报告.大会认为,四川省有色金属工业企业管理协会第二届理事会在任职期间,认真贯彻党的基本路线,坚持改革开放,紧紧围绕提高企业经济效益和企业管理水平开展工作,在推行现代管理方法、加强企业基础管理工作、提高企业管理人员的业务素质和管理水平、开展信息交流、为企业生产经营服务等方面作了大量工作,为推动我省有色金属工业的发展作出了应有的贡献.
