目的:探讨联合化疗合并放疗治疗肺癌所致上腔静脉综合征（SVCS）的临床疗效。方法:本组25例经病理证实肺癌患者先联合化疗后采用直线加速器放射治疗,放疗结束3～4周再加强1疗程化疗。同时配合消炎、利尿、抗凝等综合治疗。结果:CR9例,PR11例,总有效率80.0％。中位缓解时间11.5个月。结论:综合治疗肺癌所致SVCS,能提高患者的临床疗效。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined chemotherapy plus radiotherapy for the treatment of superior vena cava syndrome (SVCS) caused by lung cancer. Methods: Twenty-five patients with pathologically confirmed lung cancer were treated with linear accelerator radiotherapy after first combined with chemotherapy. After 1 to 3 weeks of radiation therapy, 1 course of chemotherapy was further strengthened. At the same time with anti-inflammatory, diuretic, anticoagulant and other comprehensive treatment. Results: CR9 cases, PR11 cases, the total efficiency of 80.0%. The median time to relief was 11.5 months. Conclusion: Comprehensive treatment of SVCS caused by lung cancer can improve the clinical efficacy of patients.
