我们于1963年9月至1964年2月间共治疗水痘52例,其中10例全身症状和体征较轻微,仅用一般治疗(1%龙胆紫外涂)作对照,余42例为维生秦 B_(12)治疗组,用量为:3岁以下30～50微克,3～8岁用50～100微克,每日一次肌肉注射,直至皮疹干燥结痂为止。治疗组42例临床表现发热24例,瘙痒36例,均有皮疹(大多为斑丘疹,其中36例并存疱疹,1/3病例有粘膜疹),4例有上呼吸道感染症状且咽部充血并有水痘疹。对照组10例全身症状轻微,仅有各期皮疹及瘙痒,仅个别有粘膜疹。治疗组在应用维生素 B_(12)后4/5病例在12～48小时止痒,绝大多数(90%)不再出现皮疹,斑丘疹不再形成疱疹,已有疱疹者在12～24小时内开始结痂,粘膜疹在2～3天内消失,形成溃疡者在2
We treated 52 cases of chickenpox from September 1963 to February 1964, of which 10 had mild symptoms and signs of systemic disease.
