The corresponding relationship between droplet transfer and arc spectrum information is introduced. The control scheme and result of pulse melting argon arc welding using the spectral information are introduced. The new scheme of practical application and miniaturization of welding equipment for pulse melting gas shield welding with droplet transfer spectroscopy was introduced.
