1999年,国务院办公厅转发建设部等部门《关于推进住宅产业现代化提高住宅质量的若干意见》(国办发【1999】72号),成为推进包括钢结构住宅在内的装配式建筑发展里程碑式的文件。但长期以来,装配式建筑发展缓慢,直到“十二五”末期才进入相对快速发展阶段。据不完全统计调查,2013年底,全国装配式建筑累计不足1800万平方米。2014年,这一数字超过2000万平方米;2015年达到将近4000万平方米。
In 1999, the General Office of the State Council forward the “Opinions on Promoting the Modernization of Housing Industry and Improving the Quality of Residential Buildings” issued by the Ministry of Construction (Guo Ban Fa [1999] No. 72) as a landmark in promoting the development of fabricated buildings including steel structure houses document. However, for a long time, the prefabricated buildings have been developing slowly until they reach a relatively rapid stage of development until the end of the “12th Five-Year Plan” period. According to incomplete statistics, at the end of 2013, there were less than 18 million square meters of fabricated buildings nationwide. In 2014, this figure exceeded 20 million square meters; in 2015 it reached nearly 40 million square meters.
