近一段时间来,香港最受有注目的电视节目,要数是亚洲电视台的智力游戏节目《百万富翁》有人曾形容说,《百万富翁》给香港电视带来了”第二个春天“。 《百万富翁》的热点不是说它收视率从最初的个位数急升至近日的30余点(1点约相等65000人),创下了香港电视收视的新纪录,而且,由于节目的热播使得市面上也涌现出多种不同版本的《百万富翁》模拟测试书籍。该节目主持人陈启泰更是人气急升,一跃而成为家喻户晓的人物。据闻一些小学在测试学生的成绩时也采用该节目的形式,以期增加学生的投入感。甚至连好好多名人学者、政府要员等也成为该节目的常客,经常把节目内容挂在嘴上。 当不少论者以为香港电视”已死“,或认为电视只会以反智及虐人自虐式的游戏节目吸引观众之时,《百万富翁》益智性的问答游戏竟可异军突起并风靡香港,这实在耐人寻味。
