随着一大批地方水利志书的付梓,水利工程志作为地方水利志书的一个有机组成部分,其编纂出版出现了蓬勃发展的势头。《鲇鱼山水库志》、《窄口水库志》、《引沁灌区志》等工程志陆续面世,打开了水利修志工作的新局面。工程志,顾名思义是对一个工程的建设、管理、运用效益等一系列过程的记载,任何工程都离不开建设与管理,建设是基础,管理是手段,运用并发挥效益才是目的。因此,在整个工程志的编纂过程中,既要注意突出工程特色,即突出工程的时代特色和地方特色,又要在写好建设的同时,写好管理和效益。

Engineering blog, as the name suggests, is a record of a series of processes of construction, management and application of benefits. Therefore, in the process of compiling the whole project, we should not only pay attention to emphasize the project features, that is, highlight the characteristics of the times and local characteristics of the project, but also write good management and benefits while building the project.
