丘陵作为川东北地区城市周边的常见地形,是短途旅游热点区域,虽然开发时间较早,但开发利用模式一般较为粗放,使地域人文、生态系统遭受着较大的影响和破坏。发展旅游业的重点在于旅游地的建设,而丘陵型旅游风景区却存在相对落后性,丘陵型旅游资源的开发应最终通过可持续发展实现旅游业的健康发展,用旅游带动其他行业的发展,实现经济的良性发展。
