毛泽东同志教导我们:“要把我们工作中的主要经验,包括成功的经验和错误的经验,加以总结,使那些有益的经验得到推广,而从那些错误的经验中吸取教训。”在学校的数学工作中,同样要遵照毛主席的这一教导。我们在总结教学经验的实践过程中,有下列几点体会。第一,总结数学经验必须有正确的指导思想。我校数学教师,在总结教学经验中,曾经走过这样一段弯路。过去我们不以党的教育方针作根据,而从“数学是由抽象到抽象再到抽象的东西,系统性、逻辑性特别严密的东西”作根据来总结,因而过分强调了叫学生背概念,记公式在数学数学中的作用,要求学生做的习题,大多是脱离实际的。而他们衡量学生学习好不好的唯一标准就是分数。后来,他们认识到“教育必须与生
