作者研究了尿激酶(UK)水溶液在不同的 pH(5.0~8.0)、散射光(1000 lux)或暗处、有或无亚硫酸氢钠(SBS,1.0×10~(-3)~3.0×10~(-3)mol/L)下的稳定性。发现随着亚硫酸氢钠的浓度增加 UK 的剩余活性减少。含1.0×10~(-2)mol/L SBS 的UK(120 IU/ml),25℃ 4h 后 UK 剩余活性为初始时的86.6%(散射光)和89.0%(暗处),而不含 SBS 的 UK,贮存6h(无论散射光或暗处)后失活均不明显。含 SBS 的UK 初始失活过程,在散射光或暗处均服从伪一级反应。在 pH 为5.0~8.0范围内,含 SBS的 UK 稳定性随 pH 值的增加而提高。UK 在pH5.0散射光下,加入 SBS(1.0×10~(-3)3mol/L)其剩余活性明显下降。但含 SBS的 UK 在暗处的稳定性比散射光下要好,尤其在 pH 5.0时。这种由于散射光和暗处间UK 剩余活性的差异可能是由于散射光照射后,亚硫酸盐的自氧化作用形成的游离基所
The authors studied the effects of aqueous urokinase (UK) solutions with or without sodium bisulfite (SBS, 1.0 × 10 -3 -3 ×) at different pH (5.0-8.0), scattered light 10 ~ (-3) mol / L).
