Beijing Branch III of the Third Branch of the General Staff Group, 56 Party members and 63 activists. In 1996, an average of two people each subscribed to a Beijing “branch of life.” In addition to conducting annual quizzes on “branch life” knowledge, the party branch organizes regular use of daily periodicals and party activities in organizing daily journal articles. Many activists pinpointed their position from the discussion on what exactly is the motive for joining the party and rectified the motivation for joining the party from the discussion on the standard of party membership.
