医源性播散是肿瘤诊治过程中不容忽略的重要问题。膈肌是阻碍肿瘤播散的天然屏障,虽然肝癌合并膈肌部分切除使得膈顶肝癌的手术切除变得更加安全、更加彻底,但是当右侧膈肌部分切除而致胸腹腔自然屏障破坏时,如果保护措施不当,腹腔内的癌播散致右侧胸腔的概率及危险性也必然大增~([1])。因此,探索简单实用的预防肿瘤向右侧胸腔播散的新方法具有重要的临床意义。本文介绍笔者的经验如下。
