以正丁醇、五硫化二磷、二乙醇胺、硼酸等为原料,制备了一种含硫磷酸官能团硼酸酯润滑油添加剂(简称SPNB),采用元素分析和红外光谱对所得产物的结构进行了表征;研究了它在大庆加氢矿物油HVI H200中的溶解性和水解稳定性;在四球摩擦磨损试验机上系统考察了添加剂SPNB在基础油中不同含量、不同载荷下的摩擦学以及抑制油品温升等性能;利用SEM/EDS观察分析了钢球磨痕表面。结果表明,添加剂SPNB具有良好的油溶性和水解稳定性,当w(SPNB)=0.5%时,润滑油的磨斑直径和摩擦系数分别比基础油降低24%和20%,pB值和pD值分别提高137%和26%,同时还对抑制油品温升也起到了一定作用。
A kind of phosphoric acid functional borate ester lubricant additive (SPNB) was prepared with n-butanol, diphosphorus pentasulfide, diethanolamine and boric acid as raw materials. The structure of the obtained product was characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy. Its solubility and hydrolytic stability in Daqing hydrogenated mineral oil HVI H200 were investigated systematically on the four-ball friction and wear tester with different content of SPNB in the base oil, tribology under different loads, and the inhibition of oil temperature rise The surface of steel ball wear marks was analyzed by SEM / EDS.
