1 前言科学研究领域的发展情况通常可以根据若干的标准里程碑来评价。单层和多层薄膜光学性质的研究和应用的确已达到了如下程度。 (1) 如果某些假定能满足膜层结构,在理论上则从组成材料的基本光学常数的知识便可很容易地确定薄膜系统的光学特性。
1 Introduction The development of scientific research can usually be evaluated against a number of standard milestones. The research and application of the optical properties of monolayer and multilayer thin films have indeed reached the following level. (1) The optical properties of thin-film systems can be easily determined theoretically from knowledge of the fundamental optical constants of the materials, provided certain assumptions can be made about the film structure.
