延期妊娠在产科中很常见,随着妊娠时间的推移,孕妇的胎盘功能减退、羊水减少,致使胎儿在宫内出现缺氧的机会增加,进而造成新生儿窒息和围产儿发病率及死亡率增加[1],因此,在延期妊娠时选择适当的终止妊娠的时机,以达到既减少围产儿风险、又降低剖宫产率的目标,已成为目前业界的首要研究课题。近年来,笔者对入住我院的延期妊娠孕妇采用适当的干预方法适时终止妊娠,分娩结局满意。现报告如下。1资料与方法
