武则天是中国历史上唯一的女皇帝,在她参政和执政的近半个世纪中,为开创和巩固武周政权而采取了许多措施,使当时政局比较稳定,边境比较安宁,经济和文化等都有所发展。~([1])但不可否认,女主为帝,无非常之措施,也势难成功。由于其所采取的一些措施,使当时政坛出现了一些混乱的现象,如告密成风、酷吏恣横、谀佞当道、冗官泛滥等。本文拟就武周政坛的这些畸形现象及其形成原因略作分析,不当之处,请方家不吝指教。
