以黄陵一号煤矿802综采无人化工作面历史数据为样本,分别从跟机作业效率和人工干预操作2个方面进行了统计分析,着重分析跟机自动化作业的生产效果,总结出工作面自动化生产效率不足的主要环节和人工干预的常见操作。依据数据分析结果,在无人化工作面生产模式方面给出合理建议,使无人化技术达到“减人、提效”的目的。
Taking the historical data of 802 fully mechanized mining face in Huangling No.1 coal mine as a sample, this paper makes a statistical analysis from two aspects of operating efficiency and manual intervention operation, focusing on analyzing the production effect of automatic operation with the machine and summarizing the work The main aspects of the lack of automated production efficiency and manual intervention of common operations. Based on the results of data analysis, reasonable suggestions are made on the production mode of unmanned face so as to make the unmanned technology achieve the purpose of “reducing people and improving efficiency”.
