目的观察中西医结合保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法将90例异位妊娠患者随机分为2组,对照组采用米非司酮保守治疗;治疗组在西药治疗的基础上加服中药(天花粉、紫草、地榆、小蓟、赤芍、丹参、桃仁、三棱、莪术、甘草)。结果治疗组治愈率为92.0%,对照组治愈率为72.5%,2组比较(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合保守治疗异位妊娠,比单纯西药治疗疗效更加显著。
Objective To observe the efficacy of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy with traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods 90 cases of ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups, the control group with conservative treatment of mifepristone; the treatment group on the basis of Western medicine plus Chinese medicine (TCS, Lithospermum, Burnet, thistle, red peony root, Salvia, peach kernel, triangular, Curcuma, licorice). Results The cure rate was 92.0% in the treatment group and 72.5% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese and Western medicine conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy, more than the simple western medicine treatment effect is more significant.
