近年来,随着中国经济迅速发展,很多企业都取得了良好的发展势头。其中大部分是私营企业,对于私营企业来说,内部管理是决定成功与否的很大一个因素。尤其是内部财务管理,对于任何企业都非常重要。在企业中无论哪个部门大都与企业财务管理部门有关联,所以财务与内部管理部门有着密切的关系。企业内部的完善和财务管理将直接影响企业以后的发展。
In recent years, with the rapid economic development in China, many enterprises have achieved good momentum of development. Most of them are private enterprises, and for the private sector, internal management is a big factor in determining success. In particular, internal financial management, for any business are very important. No matter which department in the enterprise is mostly related to the enterprise financial management department, the finance department has a close relationship with the internal management department. Perfection and financial management within the enterprise will directly affect the future development of enterprises.
