为研究豆饼有机肥对烤烟烟叶腺毛密度的影响,在山东省莒县、费县、临朐等3个地区分别用中烟100、NC55、云烟87 3个烤烟品种进行了田间对比试验。在烟叶成熟时用Olympus显微镜进行烟叶表面腺毛的观察计数并用MD30图像采集系统进行拍照。结果表明,以豆饼有机肥作基肥处理烤烟上、中、下3个部位的烟叶腺毛密度与当地常规施肥(以八福仙为基肥)处理相比均存在显著差异。腺毛密度跟烟叶品质有关,腺毛密度越大,相应产生的腺毛分泌物越多,烟叶致香物质越丰富,说明以豆饼替代八福仙做基肥的施肥方式在生产上是可取的。
In order to study the effect of soybean cake organic fertilizer on the glandular density of flue-cured tobacco leaves, comparative experiments were conducted on three flue-cured tobacco varieties of Zhongyan 100, NC55 and Yunyan 87 in three districts of Juxian, Fei County and Linqu of Shandong Province. Observations of glandular trichomes on the surface of tobacco were performed with Olympus microscope at maturity of the leaves and photographed with the MD30 image acquisition system. The results showed that there were significant differences in the density of glandular trichomes in the upper, middle and lower parts of flue-cured tobacco treated with soybean cake organic fertilizer as compared with the conventional fertilization in the local area (based on Ba Fuxian). Glandular hair density with the quality of tobacco, glandular hair density, the greater the corresponding glandular hair secretions, the more the aroma of tobacco leaves, indicating the use of bean cake instead of eight Fuxian to do the basal fertilizer fertilization in the production is desirable.
