从某种程度上来说,科技的发展是建立在测量精度的基础上的,人类每一次科技的发展,无不伴随着度量衡的精细化。现今,航空航天、高新材料、精密仪器等发展无不需要对孔径进行超精密的测量。对劲小孔径超精测量的进展,从某种方面来说就是推进我国工业整体向精密化、集约化的发展。本文结合当今最先进的科技进展,探索如何进行小孔径的超精测量方法,实现我国测量事业的飞跃,为我国进行普及精确的测量技术和工业的早日进步起到推动作用。
To a certain extent, the development of science and technology is based on the measurement accuracy. Every development of science and technology of mankind is accompanied by the refinement of the weigher. Nowadays, aerospace, high-tech materials, precision instruments and other developments all need ultra-precise measurement of the aperture. The development of the ultra-precision measurement of a small aperture is in some ways pushing forward the development of the industry as a whole in China with its precision and intensive development. Combining with the most advanced scientific and technological progress of today, this paper explores how to make the ultra-precision measurement of small aperture and realize the leap of measurement in our country, which plays an important role in popularizing accurate measurement technology and industrial progress in our country.
