CT技术的发展对子宫颈癌的诊断和分期起着重要作用,尤其在分期方面,可以弥补FIGO分期的不足,对子宫颈癌的诊断和治疗起着指导作用。本文从宫颈癌的FIGO分期与影像学分期、CT对子宫颈癌分期标准判断的准确性和局限性这两个方面进行综述,以了解目前CT扫描在子宫颈癌分期中的价值。
The development of CT technology plays an important role in the diagnosis and staging of cervical cancer. Especially in staging, it can make up for the lack of FIGO staging and play a guiding role in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer. This article reviews the accuracy and limitation of FIGO staging and imaging staging of cervical cancer and CT staging of cervical cancer staging to understand the current value of CT scan in staging of cervical cancer.
