华中工学院研制的“DS-1型砂轮堵塞测量仪”,性能指标全部达到预定要求,顺利地通过了鉴定.由湖北省机械工业局主持召开的鉴定会,充分肯定了研制“DS-1型”仪器的重要性.代表们认为:砂轮堵塞是使砂轮磨削能力降低的重要原因之一.砂轮的严重堵塞会使磨削效率降低、工艺系统振动、加工精度下降、磨削区温度升高,严重时甚至引起工件烧伤、产生裂纹.此仪器可以用来研究砂轮磨削时堵塞现象的产生、发展以及对磨削加工表面质量的影响,以便加工者采取相应的工艺措施,获得高质量、低成本的零件.
