为了探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者缺氧状态下红细胞生成素(Erythropoietin,EP)是否增加,其变化规律如何,用5_H3_UR掺入体外生物法测定了23例慢性支气管炎肺气肿,29例慢性肺原性心脏病及25例正常人血清EP水平,同步测定动脉血气及血红蛋白(HB)、红细胞计数(RBC)等,结果发现伴明显低氧血症的患者血清红细胞生成素水平升高,说明缺氧使红细胞生成素增加。红细胞生成素与PaO2有一定规律的联系,红细胞生成素增高者并非都伴有继发性红细胞增多。
In order to investigate whether the changes of erythropoietin (EP) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) under hypoxia and their changing rules, 23 chronic bronchitis emphysema and 29 chronic lung Essential heart disease and serum EP levels in 25 normal people, simultaneous determination of arterial blood gas and hemoglobin (HB), red blood cell count (RBC), etc. The results showed that patients with significant hypoxemia serum erythropoietin levels, indicating lack of Oxygen causes increased erythropoietin. Erythropoietin and PaO2 have a regular relationship, not all are associated with increased erythropoietin secondary erythrocytosis.
