血沉≥100mm/小时的成人常伴有某些严重疾病,而且这类患者的死亡率可高达11%。本文的目的是观察儿科患者血沉≥100mm/小时的临床意义。作者复习了Milwaukee儿童医院从1976年2月至1978年9月的31个月内所见血沉≥100mm/小时的156名小儿的实验室和临床记录。血沉≥100mm/小时的患儿占住院总人数的0.8%,占查血沉总次数的4.9%(199/4061)。156例中,感染病组87例,占55%;
Adults with ESR ≥100 mm / hour are often associated with certain serious illnesses and may have a mortality rate as high as 11%. The purpose of this article is to observe the clinical significance of erythrocyte sedimentation rate ≥100mm / h in pediatric patients. The authors reviewed the laboratory and clinical records of 156 infants with erythrocyte sedimentation rate ≥100 mm / h seen in the 31-month period from February 1976 to September 1978 in Milwaukee Children’s Hospital. Children ESR≥100mm / h accounted for 0.8% of the total number of hospitalizations, accounting for 4.9% (199/4061) of the total number of ESR. In 156 cases, 87 cases were infected, accounting for 55%.
