目前,砖瓦工业的管理同其它建材工业管理一样,正逐步实现由行政主管部门管理向行业管理的过渡.从现在实际情况来看,行业管理的主要职能管理部门仍在政府,但随着经济改革的深入进行,在经济发展过程中,行业管理的结构会发生较大变化,协会在行业管理中的作用会日趋重要.根据我国实际情况,要实施真正的、有效的行业管理,政府、协会、企业三个层次相辅相成,缺一不可.洛阳市砖瓦协会在几年的工作实践中本着积极发挥协会桥梁纽带作用、传播集散作用、促进推动作用和服务监督作用的宗旨,加大协会工作力度,有力地促进了全市砖瓦行业的健康发展.
