本文基于工作经验,分析了当前我国成人教育在发展中所存在的一些问题,提出了以终身教育理念指导成人教育的发展,并着重介绍了转变观念,加强对成人教育的认识、增加对成人教育的师资投入、优化教学理念,采用多样化的教学模式三种解决方案及其具体应用。新形势下的成人教育的发展关系着我国教育事业的发展水平,希望相关人员从中得到一些启发和思考,为成人教育事业的发展贡献出一份力量。
