杭州中国航海学会1981年年会秘书处转常务理事会和全体理事同志们:我祝贺中国航海学会1981年年会胜利召开。我因事不能前来参加年会开幕式,特函向会议致贺。
The 1981 Annual Meeting of the Chinese Society of Navigation in Hangzhou transferred to the Standing Committee and all the directors and comrades: I congratulate China Institute of Navigation on its victory in 1981 Annual Meeting. I can not come because of business events to attend the opening ceremony, special letter to congratulate the meeting.
