基于成果导向的现代学徒制校企合作办学机制的关键在于有机融合学校课堂教学活动和企业的学徒实习内容,做好学生综合素质的巩固提高。近年来,在成果导向的组织形式的推动下,现代学徒制下的校企合作模式要求不仅仅能够符合学校的办学标准还要求能够得到最终的成果,即能够通过社会接受程度来评价校企合作的效果。在新的要求下,校企合作教学下的课堂内容急需实现改革,因而展开现代学徒制校企合作开发核心技能课堂的研究具有现实指导意义。本文主要从现代学徒制校企合作的核心技能课堂的内涵和重要性入手,分析合作开发核心技能课程的重难点以及解决措施。
