目的了解济南市部分医院介入放射工作场所辐射水平使用平板和影像增强器的介入放射学放射防护现状和存在的问题,并提出相应对策。方法随机选择济南市4家三级医院、3家二级医院,按照4Z130-2013《医用X射线诊断放射防护要求》采用现场监测的方式收集相关数据。结果调查7家医院均配备了个人防护用品和个人防护设施,但有1家医院配备不完整;介入工作人员的胸部、腹部、下肢部最容易受到大剂量的射线照射(P<0.01);防护吊帘可以显著降低介入工作人员接触的射线剂量。结论济南市部分医院介入放射工作场所辐射水平较高。
Objective To understand the status quo and existing problems of interventional radiology radiological protection using radiation intensitiy plate and image intensifier in some hospitals in Jinan City and to put forward corresponding countermeasures. Methods Four tertiary hospitals and three secondary hospitals were randomly selected in Jinan City. Data were collected by on-site monitoring according to 4Z130-2013 “Radiation Protection Requirements for Medical X-Ray Diagnostics”. Results Seven hospitals were equipped with personal protective equipment and personal protective equipment, but one hospital was not equipped. The chest, abdomen and lower extremities of interventional workers were the most vulnerable to high dose radiation (P <0.01) Suspension curtains can significantly reduce the dose of radiation that the interventional staff will come into contact with. Conclusion Some hospitals in Jinan City, radiation exposure to high levels of workplaces.
