2014年,我国对网络安全的重视进一步提升,网络安全与信息化领导小组正式成立,标志着我国网络信息安全工作思路由此发生重大转变;世界互联网大会永久定址乌镇,体现了我国对互联网世界的积极参与;党的十八届四中全会召开,再次强调依法治国的理念,明确提出要加强互联网领域立法;首届国家网络安全宣传周顺利召开,把国家对公众的网络安全知识普及工作推向一个新的高度。国际上,微软停止XP服务、“心脏出血”漏洞等全球性事件也将我国与全球互联网更加紧密地联系在一起。本期特别策划栏目,分国际事件篇、国内事件篇、安全威胁篇和立法篇,盘点2014年信息安全态势,借此从不同角度和不同层面,引发人们对信息安全的思考和关注。

In this issue, we plan to focus on the information security situation in 2014 in order to arouse people’s consideration and concern for information security from different angles and different levels in the articles of international events, domestic events, security threats and legislation.
