上海市政府在2013年将有以下重点工作安排:1.深入推进上海国际金融中心建设,努力提升资源配置和综合服务能力;2.着力提升上海国际航运中心核心功能,加快现代航运服务体系建设;3.加快上海国际贸易中心建设,进一步提高市场开放度和贸易便利化程度;4.积极培育发展战略性新兴产业,推动产业结构调整和竞争力提升;5.加快建设以企业为主体的技术创新体系,完善创新创业服务体系;
The Shanghai Municipal Government will have the following key work arrangements in 2013: 1. To further promote the construction of Shanghai’s international financial center and strive to enhance the allocation of resources and comprehensive service capabilities; 2. Strive to enhance the core functions of Shanghai International Shipping Center and speed up the construction of modern shipping service system; 3. Speed up the construction of Shanghai International Trade Center, and further improve market openness and trade facilitation. 4. Actively foster the development of strategic emerging industries and promote the adjustment of industrial structure and competitiveness. 5. Accelerate the construction of technological innovations with enterprises as the mainstay System, improve innovation and entrepreneurship service system;
