本文对在烧结过程运用最优化理论寻找最优操作参数进行了初次尝试并获得了令人满意的结果。本研究运用正交二次回归法建立烧结过程的统计模型,运用罚函数调用共轭梯度法的理论进行优化计算,获得了酒钢原料条件下的最优气操参数。计算表明,采用最优操作参数在稍减能耗的前提下可大幅度提高产、质量指标。研究表明,运用最优理论寻找烧结过程最优操作参数不仅可以有助于正确指导当前生产,亦可为今后的最优控制奠定良好的基础。
This paper made an initial attempt to find the optimal operating parameters using the optimization theory in the sintering process and obtained satisfactory results. In this study, the orthogonal regression method was used to establish the statistical model of sintering process, and the penalty function was used to calculate the optimal parameters of gas manipulations under the condition of raw materials. The calculation shows that using the optimal operating parameters can greatly improve the production and quality indexes under the premise of slightly reducing energy consumption. The research shows that the use of optimal theory to find the optimal operating parameters of sintering process can not only help to correctly guide the current production, but also lay a good foundation for the future optimal control.
