提出了由一次切削颤振试验计算无条件稳定极限切削宽度的方法。用该方法可以把变切宽颤振试验的极限切削宽度b_(lim)折算成有条件稳定极限切削宽度b_(lim)~i进而再转换成无条件稳定极限切削宽度b_(lim)~*,这样可较大幅度地提高b_(lim)指标的判别精度。
A method of calculating the unconditional stable limit cutting width by a single cutting chatter test is proposed. With this method, the limit cutting width b_ (lim) of the variable-width flutter test can be converted into the conditional stable limit cutting width b_ (lim) ~ i and then to the unconditional stable limit cutting width b_ (lim) ~ * Can greatly improve the b_ (lim) indicator of the discrimination accuracy.
