房地产行业在国民经济发展中占据重要的地位,一方面,它是当前我国经济快速增长的牵引力,在国家经济中具有一定的主导性。另一方面,房地产行业关系到国计民生和社会稳定,房地产经济出现波动,必然导致产业链条上钢铁、建材、装修等行业的变动。结合当前我国经济整体形势来说,房地产经济收益并不乐观;本文以下针对房地产经济波动的影响因素进行研究,并提出相应的解决对策。
The real estate industry occupies an important position in the development of national economy. On the one hand, it is the current traction of rapid economic growth in our country and has a certain dominance in the national economy. On the other hand, the real estate industry has a bearing on the national economy and the people’s livelihood and social stability. The real estate economy fluctuates, which inevitably leads to changes in the steel, building materials, decoration and other industries in the industrial chain.
