研究了固定基体与炭黑种类时,高分子复合型PTC(PositiveTemperatureCoefficient)材料的渗流效应,以及基体改性对材料稳定性的影响。通过实验发现LLDPE接枝硅烷后,可以加强基体分子链之间的联系,使之在经历热过程时不可逆的塑性形变减少,而可逆的弹性形变成为主要的形变方式。从而使材料的PTC特性在老化过程中表现出了极好的可重复性,稳定性能得到了提高。
The effects of percolation on positive temperature coefficient (PTC) materials and the effect of matrix modification on the stability of materials were investigated. The experimental results show that LLDPE grafted silane can strengthen the link between matrix molecular chains and reduce the irreversible plastic deformation when subjected to thermal process, and the reversible elastic deformation becomes the main deformation mode. So that the material’s PTC characteristics in the aging process showed excellent repeatability, stability has been improved.
