After nearly a decade of exploration and practice, Changzhi Bearing Factory applied supervision and inspection methods, and achieved remarkable results in strengthening enterprise management and strictly treating factories. Established in the reform and perfected in practice the establishment of the enterprise management supervision and inspection system, it has undergone a process of constant exploration and constant improvement. In 1986, Changzhi Bearing Factory took the lead in implementing the responsibility system of the factory director in the province, and correspondingly formulated the “Working Regulations” of the factory director, party committee, and Staff Representative Conference. In order to establish the status of the center of the factory director and ensure the smooth implementation of the government decree, the supervisory work was put forward and the purpose of supervision and inspection was initially defined.
