目的:观察中西医结合治疗特发性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的112例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用西医治疗;治疗组除采用对照组治疗措施外,加用中药和针灸的方法。结果:治疗组痊愈率为85.7%,对照组为66.7%,治疗组优于对抗照组(P<0.05);治疗组第1疗程痊愈率为43.3%,对照组为3.6%,治疗组亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗特发性面神经麻痹疗效明显优于单纯使用西医治疗。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis. Methods: One hundred and twelve patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, while those in control group were treated with western medicine. In addition to the control group, the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. Results: The cure rate was 85.7% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group, which was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The cure rate of the first course of the treatment group was 43.3% and that of the control group was 3.6% In the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis with traditional Chinese and western medicine is obviously superior to western medicine alone.
